These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Liliya Top Photography. By booking a photoshoot, you agree to the following:

1. Bookings & Payment

A booking is confirmed once the date has been set.

Full payment must be made after the shoot but before the delivery of the final photos.

Invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt.

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days before the scheduled shoot.

For cancellations less than 3 days before the shoot, 30% of the total cost will be charged.

Rescheduling is possible upon agreement and subject to availability.

1. Photos & Usage

Copyright remains with the photographer.

The client receives a license to use the photos for private purposes (sharing, printing).

Commercial use must be agreed upon separately.

Photos may be used by the photographer for portfolio, website, or social media only with the client’s prior consent.

1. Privacy & Consent

Extra care is taken with photos of children; publication will only take place with explicit parental consent.

The client may indicate whether or not photos may be shared.

1. Liability

The photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond her control (e.g. bad weather, illness, technical malfunctions) but will make reasonable efforts to find a solution.

Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

1. Travel Costs & Extras

Travel within South Holland is included.

Outside this area, travel costs (€0.30/km) and any parking fees may be charged.

1. Delivery

Photos will be delivered digitally within 2–4 weeks after the shoot, unless otherwise agreed.

RAW files will not be delivered unless otherwise agreed.
